Planet Ocean

Planet Ocean Montpellier is an aquarium that houses a wide variety of marine species, ranging from colorful fish to majestic sea turtles to massive sharks. The complex has numerous tanks and glass tunnels that allow visitors to observe the animals from different angles. The exhibits are organized by theme, such as “Coral Reefs” or “Predators of the Ocean”.

In addition to visiting the exhibits, Planet Ocean Montpellier also offers educational activities for children and adults, as well as special events such as children’s birthday parties.

By streetcar,
you can take the line n°4 in the direction of “Place Albert 1er – Saint-Éloi” and get off at “Saint Roch” station. From there, you can walk about 5 minutes to the streetcar station “Gare Saint Roch” and take the streetcar line n°1 towards “Odysseum”. Get off at the station “Place de France” and walk about 10 minutes to reach Planet Ocean Montpellier.

By bus,
you can take the line n°9 in direction of “Odysseum” and get off at the station “Pérols – Etang de l’Or”. From there, you can take the free shuttle that will bring you directly to the entrance of Planet Ocean Montpellier.

By car,
your GPS will guide you to the free parking of the complex
